Committees

The following committees are run by parents/members of the PCS community and its volunteers. For further information on any committee or if you are considering joining a committee, please contact the committee chair.

The mandate of CPC is to deal with working conditions that apply to all teachers equally. These specific conditions include salaries, benefits, and contract definitions.

The mandate of the Executive Committee is to  appoint, after consultation, Board members to committees and maintain a four person Committee consisting of Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer.

The mandate of the Finance Committee is to manage the finances of the school.

The mandate of the Fundraising & Volunteer Committee is to coordinate and encourage all fundraising and volunteer aspects of the membership.

The mandate of the Program Committee is to oversee all things related to the programs of the school.

The mandate of the Promotion Committee is to promote and raise the awareness of PCS and Christian education in the local communities.

The mandate of the Property and Maintenance Committee is to concern itself with all phases of the proper care and maintenance of the school building, equipment, and property.

The mandate of the Transportation Committee is to coordinate and transport students to PCS.
